Service Agreement

By purchasing and enrolling in the Lights Camera Podcast course, coaching program, or community, you agree to the following terms:

1. Course/Coaching/Community Access

Once you pay, you will receive access to all course materials, coaching sessions, or the community. This access is for personal use only and cannot be shared, redistributed, or resold.

2. Payment

All payments are final and non-refundable, except if there are technical issues preventing access to the course/coaching/community.

3. Ownership & Content

The content you access in the course/coaching/community is the property of Lights Camera Podcast LLC and cannot be copied or distributed without permission.

4. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment to access the course/coaching/community. We are not responsible for any issues with your devices or internet connection.

5. Behavior

You agree to act respectfully during the course, coaching sessions, and within the community. Harassment or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program/community without a refund.

6. No Guarantees

The course/coaching/community program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your effort and engagement.

7. Hold Harmless

By enrolling in the course, coaching program, or community, you agree to hold harmless Lights Camera Podcast LLC, Joe Gawalis, and all affiliated parties from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation, including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Liability

Lights Camera Podcast LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses (including income loss) related to your participation in the course/coaching/community.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time, and the new terms will apply to future enrollments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
